Stefan Savić, player of FK Borac Banja Luka, was named the best footballer of Republika Srpska for the past year, while coach Mladen Žižović received the posthumous “Dr Milan Jelić” recognition.
The annual “Days of Football of Republika Srpska” ceremony was traditionally held in Banja Luka at Banski Dvor.
President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan said the entity will continue supporting sport, infrastructure, clubs, federations, and young talents, stressing that investment in sport means investment in a healthy future.
Vico Zeljković stated that football is not only a game, but a universal language of friendship, respect, and unity. He added that the Football Association, founded in 1992, today gathers around 350 clubs and more than 25,000 registered players.

Special Recognitions
Centenary honors were awarded to FK Borac Banja Luka, FK Polet Brod and FK Proleter Teslić.
The lifetime achievement “Dr Milan Jelić” award went to Stojan Malbašić.
The golden charter “Miljan Miljanić” was awarded to Aleksandar Đurić, known for his long football career in Singapore.
