The lecture delivered in Banja Luka by U.S. General Michael Flynn provided a basis for determining the proper way to guide Republika Srpska through a peaceful process toward the realization of the rights granted to it under the United Nations Charter—namely the right to self-determination and independent decision-making, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik told reporters after the lecture at the headquarters of the Government of Republika Srpska.
He described the lecture as inspirational and announced that discussions would continue in the coming days during Flynn’s stay in Republika Srpska.
“We will talk about infrastructure projects that Republika Srpska aims to implement with companies from the United States, primarily in the field of highway construction,” Dodik said.
