Borac’s footballers will learn today who their opponent will be in the opening round of the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.
The draw will take place in Nyon at 16:00.
The Banja Luka side are among the seeded teams, and UEFA has today narrowed the groups, meaning that the red-and-blues now know their potential opponents.
It can be said that Borac were not particularly fortunate, considering that among the seven possible opponents in their group are the champions of Bulgaria and Hungary, Levski and Győr, two teams they would certainly prefer to avoid at the City Stadium.
Potential opponents for Vinko Marinović’s side also include Žalgiris, Sutjeska, Albanian champions Egnatia, Vitebsk of Belarus and Attert Bissen from Luxembourg.
The first-leg matches of the opening qualifying round will be played on July 7 and 8, while the return legs are scheduled for July 14 and 15.
