Laktaši will host the first festival of domestic rakija, titled “Rakije Srpske,” on Friday, October 11, 2024, bringing together more than 40 exhibitors from across Republika Srpska.
The festival will take place at the Sports Hall in Laktaši, starting at 5:00 PM, and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy free tastings of premium, authentic rakija from our region.
This unique event offers all rakija enthusiasts the chance to explore the diverse flavors and aromas of traditional homemade products, as well as to learn about production processes that have been passed down through generations.
Exhibitors will present their finest varieties of rakija, including šljivovica (plum brandy), viljamovka (pear brandy), quince brandy, and other specialties that have already won numerous awards at both domestic and international fairs.
