A business forum expected to bring together representatives of 130 Chinese companies will be held today in Brod, the municipality announced.
The forum aims to present Brod’s economic and investment potential to Chinese business representatives and prospective investors, while creating opportunities to establish new business contacts and cooperation.
The event is expected to be attended by Bosnia and Herzegovina Ambassador to China Siniša Berjan, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Marko Kubatlija, and President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zdravko Marinković.
Brod Mayor Milan Zečević will also address the participants.
Agreements are expected to be signed between Qingdao Steel Structure and Qingdao Jincheng Communication, as well as between China Classification Society and Qingdao Jincheng Communication.
The visit by Chinese business representatives to Brod is part of a broader tour by representatives of Chinese companies to cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
