He noted that he is especially pleased that Amir Kabiri is a proven friend of Republika Srpska and a man who understands its potential and importance in regional economic flows.
“It is good that it was precisely him who, together with Republika Srpska, built another strong bridge of cooperation with the United States,” Dodik wrote on X.
Chairman of the M.T. Abraham Group Amir Gross Kabiri and Chairman of Atlantic Sea LNG Trade Alexandros Exarchou signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Washington establishing the framework for a long-term liquefied natural gas supply contract.
The Abraham Group announced that the agreement secures a stable supply of US LNG for Aluminij Industry, a subsidiary of the M.T. Abraham Group and one of the largest aluminum producers in Southeast Europe.
The LNG will be supplied by Venture Global Commodities via the Southern Gas Interconnection pipeline and will be used in the planned combined gas–steam power plant of Aluminij Industry.
