Christian Schmidt has destroyed everything, and it was President Milorad Dodik, by sacrificing himself and taking part in a politically staged trial, who exposed the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has become an instrument of political agendas — not only against Dodik, but against the entire Republika Srpska, said Siniša Karan, Minister for Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska.
“A political trial was conducted against the president before the Court of BiH — something unprecedented in human civilization, where political struggles and agendas are being channeled through regular courts,” Karan emphasized.
He stressed that the judiciary in BiH has completely surrendered to external political influences and ceased to act as an independent institution.
“Through this process, Dodik exposed how the judiciary has been weaponized to serve political interests. By participating in this show trial, he not only defended himself but revealed the full extent of the injustice directed at Republika Srpska,” Karan added.
