Judokas from Republika Srpska returned with eight medals from the Balkan Championship for juniors, held last weekend in Turkey. Gold medals were won by Sofija Pajić and Adrian Đurđević.
Adrian Đurđević continued to achieve success step by step. He announced good results in June at the junior Cup in Graz, where he won a silver medal.
Two months later, he returned with gold around his neck in the under-81 kilogram category, with the medal being especially meaningful as it was won in the final against a competitor from Turkey.
Alongside Adrian, Sofija Pajić also returned with a gold medal.
Vuk Ilić won a silver medal, while bronze medals went to Ana Škiljević, Una Mičić, Lana Bjeliца, Danijala Kajtazović, and Dimitrije Savić.
