Banja Luka swimmer Jovan Lekić finished 41st in the men’s 200-meter freestyle at the European Championships in Paris.
He completed the distance in 1:48.54, around a second and a half slower than the time needed to qualify for the semifinals.
Lekić performed in line with his recent results, confirming that he is in good form, while his appearances at the European Championships will provide valuable experience.
The Borac swimmer will compete again in the 400-meter freestyle on August 16.
