Head of the EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina Luigi Soreca is a blatant improviser and manipulator. The Dayton Agreement and the European path have nothing in common. Dayton provides for the High Representative’s assistance in implementing the civilian aspects of the peace agreement, while the European path is a matter of internal agreement, said SNSD leader Milorad Dodik.
Dodik recalled that the Venice Commission had already stated in 2005 that the High Representative was an obstacle to European integration.
“Had the OHR been shut down when it lost all purpose, many agreements would have been reached and Bosnia and Herzegovina would not be stuck in a dead end. Soreca obviously has other plans, not to build, but to dismantle. To manipulate and deceive by treating Schmidt’s imposition of laws as the rule of law,” Dodik wrote on X.
