“Like rejoices in like. That is why the incomplete Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is acting unlawfully, is most pleased by the fake High Representative and his unlawful decisions,” lawyer Ognjen Tadić said.
“Indeed, nothing unexpected has happened. That decision is just another brick in the wall that already exists between political Sarajevo and Republika Srpska,” Tadić stated, commenting on the decision of the incomplete Constitutional Court, which, he said, did not dare oppose Christian Schmidt and rejected the appeal of 32 deputies in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska regarding the constitutionality review of the amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposed by Christian Schmidt.
