Karan: Dodik and Putin created conditions for cooperation across all fields

President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan stated in Moscow that the strength of cooperation between Russia and Republika Srpska is based not only on historical and cultural ties between two Orthodox peoples, but also on strong partnership relations.

  • Republika Srpska has, since the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, sought partnerships based on equality, not relations of dominance, sanctions, or punishment – Karan emphasized.

According to him, policies in a multipolar world must be based on equality and sovereignty of all peoples and states.

  • The era of globalist forces imposing their ideologies and values is declining. A new world, whose foundations are being shaped by Russia, is one of equality, tolerance, and mutual cooperation – Karan said.

He added that friendly relations between Russia and Republika Srpska are a prerequisite for broader diplomatic, political, and economic cooperation.

  • In previous years, Presidents Vladimir Putin and Milorad Dodik created the foundations that today enable cooperation across all spheres of life – Karan stated.

Officials of Republika Srpska are scheduled to attend the Victory Day commemoration in Moscow, marking the defeat of fascism, as part of an official delegation.
