The Seventh “Vivia Run&More Weekend” Begins

The seventh “Vivia Run&More Weekend” kicked off with the Tropik Bambini Marathon.

Hundreds of preschoolers, aged 2 to 7, showcased their running skills on the track, accompanied by parents, guardians, and volunteer coaches.

At the finish line, everyone received medals and gifts from sponsors. The event celebrated fair play, respect for differences, friendship, perseverance, and mutual support. The After Party was enhanced by Clown Fazonko and musical friends.

“For years, we have successfully promoted sports among new generations, and we are proud of this fact. In collaboration with our business partners, we celebrate every healthy habit adopted, rewarding children with specially designed medals, music, laughter, new friendships, and all the colors of fun,” said Goran Ćorić, director and creator of the “Vivia Run&More Weekend” festival in Banja Luka.

The first day of the festival also featured the “Intersport School Run,” which includes competitions for elementary and high school students in various categories over 800 meters – both for personal and school results. Registration is free, and gifts are ready.

Saturday evening is reserved for the craziest fun within the unique in Europe “Nektar Color Fun Run.” Banja Luka residents and their guests, from various backgrounds and generations, run two kilometers while dousing themselves in organic colors, accompanied by music from various stations. The city on the Vrbas echoes with laughter, dancing, friendship, and gifts.

The central event of the second festival day is the tenth, jubilee Metromedia RMC Banja Luka Half Marathon. Concurrently, the Imlek RMC 10k and G-Drive 5k Team Run will take place.

Each festival participant had the opportunity to support the development of sports culture among growing generations by donating 2 KM or selling their achieved kilometers of health. The money is directed to the “Marina Maljković” movement, which brings girls from Banja Luka to the basketball court.
