“Bilećko Lake holds significant untapped touristic potential, ranging from gastronomy to sports fishing and water sports,” stated Marko Radić, Head of the Tourism Promotion Sector at the Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska to Srna.

“At present, Bilećko Lake lacks tourist-oriented attractions, except for being somewhat appealing to sports fishing enthusiasts and photographers,” Radić highlighted.

He emphasized that the development of Trebinje as a regional tourism hub and other smaller municipalities in Herzegovina could benefit, starting from Ljubinje to Nevesinje. He highlighted that all these places have the potential to be much more promoted.
