Savo Minić stated that the decisions imposed by Christian Schmidt and Valentin Inzko are illegal and illegitimate, not only because they were made to the detriment of Republika Srpska, but also because they were not adopted in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
He announced that Republika Srpska would undertake all possible measures to have those decisions annulled.
“We will initiate every possible procedure to place those decisions out of force and restore the legal situation to the state that existed before these harmful decisions were imposed,” Minić said in Šamac.
