President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Nenad Stevandić stated that the parade marking Victory Day over fascism in Moscow is proof that the anti-fascist legacy will endure.
- We must show character, as this is a time of historical revisionism. We made the greatest sacrifices so that Nazism could be defeated – Stevandić said.
He added that it is important that the President of the Russian Federation has condemned revisionism.
- The anti-fascist legacy will be eternal – Stevandić emphasized.
He also noted that it is a great honor for Republika Srpska that its delegation is in Moscow.
- We did not come to oppose any nation in Europe; we came to speak about peace – he said.
Stevandić is part of the delegation of Republika Srpska, which includes President Siniša Karan and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik, attending the Victory Parade in Moscow and the official reception hosted by Vladimir Putin.
