President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan was this morning the first foreign official to be received and greeted at the Kremlin by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
Heads of delegations are attending today’s marking of Victory Day over fascism together with Putin on Red Square in Moscow.
Following the Victory Parade ceremonies, the delegation of Republika Srpska — which, in addition to Karan, includes the President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Nenad Stevandić and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik — will meet with Putin.
