Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić voted against the proposal by Željka Cvijanović to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist organizations.
According to reports, Bećirović agreed for the item to be placed on the agenda of today’s session, while Komšić initially opposed its inclusion. However, during the vote, both Bećirović and Komšić voted against, while Cvijanović voted in favor, meaning the proposal was not adopted.
This indicates that the agenda item was not removed, as some Federation-based media reported, but rather failed to receive the necessary support.
Cvijanović had already proposed the inclusion of this item in early April, when the other two members did not agree to place it on the agenda.
