At the University of East Sarajevo, a two-day workshop was held for academic staff on the application of artificial intelligence tools in teaching and research.
Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming an integral part of higher education, and the education of teaching staff is key to its proper and ethically acceptable use, the University stated, as reported by Srna.
- “This activity represents an important step toward improving the digital competencies of teaching staff and modernizing the teaching process at the University of East Sarajevo,” the statement said.
The workshop gathered professors and associates from various faculties of the University, who had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills through interactive work and practical examples in the use of AI tools.
The focus was on applying these tools in scientific research and academic writing, as well as in creating materials, presentations, and in the learning process.
The workshop was organized by the University and the Innovation Center Banja Luka.
