On the occasion of the birthday of poet Jovan Dučić, from February 13 to 18, the National Library in Trebinje is organizing Open Days of his legacy.
Dučić’s legacy consists of a rich library with books, letters, manuscripts, and other important items.
“This is an opportunity for all our fellow citizens, especially students, which makes us particularly happy. We especially invite them to visit the legacy collection to become directly acquainted with and see the extraordinary cultural and historical treasure that Jovan Dučić left us as an inheritance. It would be desirable to announce visits in advance by calling the library’s phone number so that we can prepare and present everything in the best possible way,” said librarian Mirjana Milićević.
