The first St. Sava song assembly from Kosovo and Metohija across Republika Srpska will be held from January 16 to 25 in Republika Srpska.
The assembly, dedicated to St. Sava and Serb youth in the Kosovo Pomoravlje region of Kosovo and Metohija, will take place on January 16 in Bijeljina, January 17 in Šamac, January 18 in Prnjavor, January 21 in Banja Luka, January 22 in Gradiška, January 23 in Prijedor, January 24 in Laktaši, and January 25 in Bratunac.
In Banja Luka, the assembly will be held at the Banski Dvor Cultural Center, starting at 8:00 p.m., organized by the Banja Luka Committee for Assistance to Kosovo and Metohija.
Participants in the program include the vocal group Kamenicki Biseri (Kosovska Kamenica), JU SKUD Semberija (Bijeljina), KUD Šamac, GKUD Pronija (Prnjavor), Ethno Group Trag (Banja Luka), KUD Kolovit (Gradiška), KUD Izvor (Laktaši), the Prijedor Association for the Preservation of Tradition, KUD Most, and the Children’s Choir of the Ludemer Cultural Center (Bratunac).
The assembly is humanitarian in character, and the organizers invite all citizens to attend and, through solidarity, support the first St. Sava assembly, whose goal is to assist Serb youth in Kosovo and Metohija.
