Since the end of last week, residents of Banja Luka and visitors from across the region can now enjoy the wide range of amenities offered by the new Therme Banja Luka spa and recreation center, located in Srpske Toplice.
This new tourism and wellness jewel of Banja Luka has officially opened its doors to the public, offering a blend of relaxation, health, and luxury.
The entrance fee for one hour of pool use at any time of the day is 10 KM, which has attracted strong local interest. The pool can accommodate up to 80 people at once.
“There are also private areas for up to five people, featuring a large jacuzzi and a massage table — ideal for private celebrations, birthdays, and similar events,” said Snježana Novaković Bursać, Assistant Director for Medical Affairs at the Dr. Miroslav Zotović Institute for Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Orthopedic Surgery.
Among the highlights of the new complex are four state-of-the-art saunas, considered among the most modern in the region, and a stone massage table for unique treatments — including foam and chocolate massages.
Novaković Bursać emphasized that the wellness offer at Therme Banja Luka represents a high-quality medical wellness experience, designed to combine therapeutic benefits with relaxation and recreation.
The facility was officially inaugurated on September 3, followed by several weeks of preparation to ensure all systems and services were ready — including final cleaning, water quality testing, and operational checks.
“Our goal is to ensure that the Therme complex remains economically sustainable while providing the highest standard of service,” Novaković Bursać concluded.
