Schmidt is dismantling the constitutional order with the help of Konaković, his political henchman

Head of the SNSD caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Sanja Vulić, stated that Elmedin Konaković is a man without principles, vision, or integrity, and that before mentioning the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, he should first reflect on what the electoral will of the people truly means.

“Milorad Dodik is the legitimately elected President of Republika Srpska. He represents the will of the people—not yours, and certainly not Schmidt’s. Konaković, you are a political product of the very system you are now trying to destroy,” Vulić told SRNA.

She added that Konaković was shaped by the Izetbegović political family, whom he now openly accuses and seeks to eliminate.

“If that’s your understanding of loyalty and principle, it’s no wonder you’re the last person who should be speaking about anyone else’s moral values,” Vulić remarked.

She emphasized that the real problem in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not Milorad Dodik, but Christian Schmidt—a man without legitimacy—who is undermining the constitutional order with the help of political henchmen like Konaković.

“You are the ones undermining sovereignty and destabilizing interethnic relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. You are merely a spokesperson for those interests—spineless and without a position of your own. While you drag this country backward, Milorad Dodik is defending the interests of the people who elected him,” Vulić said.

She stressed that Dodik does not kneel before foreigners, does not trample his own people, and does not abandon his political convictions for the sake of a position.

“So go ahead, run into Schmidt’s arms, shed a tear—it’s the perfect time for crying. Not because of Dodik, but because of you, because of Schmidt, and because of people like you, who have dragged Bosnia and Herzegovina 30 years into the past,” Vulić concluded, responding to Konaković’s Facebook post following the Court of BiH’s decision to revoke the detention order for the President of Republika Srpska.

With the revocation of the detention, the arrest warrant issued by the court has also been annulled.
