Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković, together with Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship Vojin Mitrović, held a meeting in Banja Luka with David Niv, General Director of the Milstone Group from Israel, which includes the Turkish company Aktiv Akryl.
Višković expressed satisfaction that Republika Srpska remains a regional leader among the most attractive destinations for investment, as confirmed by the intention of this Israeli company to invest in Republika Srpska.
He also emphasized the importance of stability and the continuity of economic incentives that Republika Srpska offers, especially in challenging times.
Director David Niv stated that representatives of his company held a series of meetings in Republika Srpska and the region over the past year, conducting a market analysis to identify the best location for launching production.
He added that the conditions and overall business environment they encountered in Republika Srpska are very favorable and that they plan to relocate their production facilities from Turkey to Republika Srpska in the near future.
Višković welcomed the intentions of the Israeli company and stated that the institutions of Republika Srpska will provide strong support to the economy, with the main imperative being the creation of even more favorable conditions for their work and development.
It was noted at the meeting that there are a significant number of local communities in Republika Srpska with established industrial zones that fully meet the criteria for foreign investment.
Niv said he is encouraged by the openness of institutions and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and emphasized that following the launch of production in Republika Srpska, he expects positive business results and continued investment in the region.
The meeting was also attended by Goran Račić, President of the Banja Luka Regional Chamber of Commerce.
