The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, received Swiss ambassador to BiH, Gabriel Derighetti, in an inaugural visit today in Banja Luka.
During the meeting, they discussed potential areas for further cooperation between Republika Srpska, BiH, and Switzerland, highlighting significant opportunities for improving collaboration in the fields of economy and trade.
Višković emphasized that organizing a joint business and economic forum, gathering entrepreneurs and business professionals from Republika Srpska and Switzerland, would be highly beneficial for strengthening economic and trade relations. This forum could foster business connections based on mutual interest.
He also informed Ambassador Derighetti about the incentives provided by the government of Republika Srpska to investors looking to invest in the region, noting that Republika Srpska offers the most favorable business environment in the region.
Višković and Derighetti also discussed other matters of interest for advancing overall cooperation between Republika Srpska, BiH, and Switzerland, expressing confidence that this cooperation will intensify in the coming period.
