Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska, emphasized ahead of his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that he will ask the President of the Russian Federation to consider how Republika Srpska can ensure its presence and visibility at the BRICS Forum.
- BRICS is chaired by Russia, and I believe that, despite our commitment to the European Union, we must have open channels, cooperation, and agreements with others, including the countries within BRICS, Dodik said.
He stated that he will thank the President of Russia for his clear stance in the United Nations General Assembly regarding the resolution on Srebrenica.
They want to demonize a nation, and Putin understands and recognizes this, Dodik said.
He highlighted that the President of Russia is undoubtedly a strong statesman who has demonstrated leadership over a great and powerful Russia.
- He is a man who had to make difficult decisions in critical moments, Dodik said.
We remind you that the President of Srpska is participating in the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, where he will meet with Putin.
