The acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, stated that a lackluster performance by the Prosecution was witnessed today at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on a poorly written indictment.
“What you could see is that my lawyer, Miljkan Pucar, had a much more substantiated approach compared to the Prosecution,” said Lukić after the hearing.
Responding to a question about whether he fears criminal liability and imprisonment, Lukić said he is not afraid because he acted in accordance with the law.
“Whatever happens – nothing can change the fact that I acted in accordance with the law and that I respected the institutions of the Republika Srpska,” said Lukić.
