The BiH Court has not accepted the request to reunite the case of the acting director of the Official Gazette, Milos Lukić, with the case of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, which were separated during the hearing on January 17, where Lukić was absent due to being in the hospital.
Lukic stated that they were informed not to attend the hearing scheduled for Monday when Milorad Dodik’s hearing was set.
“Each subsequent hearing adds more stress to the Prosecution and the prosecution team in this particular case because, in the event of these separations of indictments, they have to refine an indictment that is already flawed and poorly written. I believe that stress is also increasing on their part,” Lukic said for ATV.
