A Republika Srpska delegation led by Milorad Dodik and Prime Minister Savo Minić is continuing its visit to Russia.
A meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled for today.
Dodik said the talks with Putin would include a review of previously agreed matters as well as discussions on future plans and cooperation.
He described relations between Republika Srpska and the Russian Federation as being at the highest possible level and said they were developing within the framework of strategic cooperation.
Speaking about the Dayton Peace Agreement, Dodik accused Western countries of undermining the agreement, while praising Russia for what he described as its consistent support for Dayton within the UN Security Council.
