Lawyer Ognjen Tadić stated in a post on X that unlawful decisions of the incomplete Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot be regarded as an expression of the rule of law.
“There is a greater danger to society when courts fail to respect the Constitution than when the decisions of such courts are not respected. We should teach courts to respect the Constitution, rather than teach people to obey unlawful decisions,” Tadić wrote.
