Trišić-Babić: Republika Srpska hosts people who believe the world cannot be built through pressure and imposition

Acting Director of the Office for International Cooperation of Republika Srpska, Ana Trišić-Babić, said that the names of the participants attending the European Summit on Economy and Security in Banja Luka demonstrate that Republika Srpska is no longer a place about which others make decisions, but a place with which others engage in dialogue.

“Several months ago in Washington, President Milorad Dodik initiated a discussion about the idea of Banja Luka becoming a place where people with the courage to think freely and strategically would gather. That idea has now become reality,” Trišić-Babić wrote on X.

She emphasized that she is proud that Republika Srpska is hosting people who believe that the world cannot be built through pressure and imposition, but through dialogue, respect and cooperation.

“Thanks to the Gold Institute, Banja Luka today has brought together General Michael Flynn, renowned American journalist Lara Logan, Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, European parliamentarians, security experts, and figures from the political and business communities of the United States and Europe. This shows that Republika Srpska is no longer a place about which others decide, but a place with which others are willing to talk,” Trišić-Babić said.

The first European Summit on Economy and Security, organized by the Gold Institute for International Strategy, is being held today in Banja Luka, bringing together more than 100 participants from over 20 countries.
