Law professor Ljubinko Mitrović stated that the illegitimate High Representative Christian Schmidt has, with his latest imposition, issued yet another completely unlawful decision.
Mitrović said he had thought Schmidt had finally realized he was illegitimate and illegal, given that he had remained silent for about twenty days.
“Some information even suggested his withdrawal and the selection of a new High Representative through the proper procedures in the UN Security Council. However, lo and behold, the man who is completely illegitimate has resurfaced and once again imposed entirely unlawful decisions,” Mitrović told SRNA.
The day before yesterday, Schmidt imposed a decision in the case of the Slovenian company “Viadukt,” which envisions taking money from excise tax funds on the Single Account—specifically from the portion belonging to Republika Srpska—as well as a decision instructing the Central Bank of BiH to secure funds for new technologies in the election process.
