The Federation of BiH has no sovereignty—they admitted to adopting laws under pressure, said Staša Košarac, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers, in an interview for RTRS.
He emphasized that the political movements of the “Trojka” coalition are clearly visible.
“They are pursuing a policy of political autism. We don’t even know what their political program is, except that they are openly positioned against Republika Srpska. They listen to foreign actors and undermine the Dayton Agreement. They oppose any agreement among the three constituent peoples and two entities. That’s the only thing we truly know about them,” Košarac stated.
He pointed out that the political ‘parents’ of the Trojka are, in fact, the former U.S. Ambassador Michael Murphy and Christian Schmidt.
“This means they are mere servants to the international factor. It means they are puppets. What will they do when Schmidt is gone—because everything indicates he will leave?” said Košarac.
He noted that Trojka’s main goal was to please Murphy and now Schmidt.
“It also seems easier for them to manipulate the opposition in Srpska. The opposition wants to enter power at any cost. However, there is real fear within the Trojka that they will disappear from the political scene in 2026. Even in the Federation, they are aware that they have accomplished nothing,” Košarac concluded.
