The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is investigating Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković and Minister of Trade and Tourism Denis Šulić over the sale of land on Jahorina, as confirmed to Glas Srpske by this judicial institution.
When asked whether the investigation is related to the sale of land on Jahorina, the Prosecutor’s Office stated that it is handling a case concerning the implementation of Constitutional Court Decision No. U-6/24, dated July 11, 2024.
