SNSD representative in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Milorad Kojić, stated that politicians from the Federation of BiH are once again boasting about their influence, alongside part of the international community, in the political process against Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, attempting to frame it as an act of “disciplining” him.
Kojić told Srna that following the statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers, Elmedin Konaković, who confirmed that the process against President Dodik is fabricated and politically motivated, any serious legal system would require that an individual making such a statement be questioned and prosecuted for influencing the judiciary.
“It should be established who was involved in orchestrating the false indictment. However, we now have the absurd situation where those openly bragging about influencing the judiciary, alongside some members of the international community, face no repercussions,” Kojić pointed out.
He further stated that Konaković’s remarks confirm that BiH and Bosniaks are forcibly trying to create a unitary BiH, which simply cannot be achieved.
On the other hand, Kojić added, there is an ongoing process against President Milorad Dodik, who has respected and implemented the Constitution, and against the acting director of Službeni Glasnik Srpske, Miloš Lukić, who was upholding the law.
Konaković, appearing on Sarajevo’s Face TV yesterday, said, among other things, that Dodik has been “put in his place.”
“So we put Dodik in his place. Dodik is being prosecuted, Dodik is before the Court of BiH, Dodik is isolated, Dodik is sanctioned,” Konaković stated.
