Lukić: This is not a legal process, but a “legal fable”

Acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, stated that the process against him and the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, before the Court of BiH is not a legal process but a “legal fable.”

Lukić remarked that “the Prosecutor’s Office has been ‘pushing’ for a year something that is not a legal process, but is a legal fable, a legal fairy tale, and even a legal tragicomedy.”

“They say that when animals speak in human language, it’s a fable, and when humans speak in animal language, that’s Bosnia. It seems to me that we can introduce a new category into legal practice that pertains to these processes happening in history. We may have something in the future that could be called ‘Bosnia of Christian Schmidt,’ which will have nothing to do with law, ethics, or morality,” emphasized Lukić.

He added that the law imposed by Christian Schmidt has no connection to law, ethics, or morality.

As a reminder, a hearing was held at the Court of BiH for the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić.

Miljkan Pucar, attorney for the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, pointed out that it was proven today that what is stated in the indictment against Lukić does not hold.
