The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, and the Ambassador of Belarus to Bosnia and Herzegovina, based in Budapest, Vladimir Ulahovich, emphasized at today’s meeting their joint readiness to implement the agreements from Minsk, achieved during the recent visit of the Republika Srpska delegation to Belarus.
Today’s discussion focused on further enhancing the cooperation between Republika Srpska and Belarus following the recent visit led by Milorad Dodik, the President of the Republic. It was noted that significant progress in cooperation has been made recently, highlighting the importance of developing relations between these fraternal nations.
The conversations particularly underscored collaboration in healthcare and transplantology, and the procurement of agricultural machinery from Belarus for the farmers of Republika Srpska, as reported by the Government Public Relations Bureau.
On this occasion, meetings were held yesterday in Banja Luka with the Belarusian delegation at the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management.
Višković specifically pointed out the importance of establishing cooperation between the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska and the Scientific Research Center for Surgery, Transplantology, and Hematology in Minsk, which involves treating patients from Republika Srpska in Belarus and the education of doctors from Republika Srpska.
There was also discussion on the potential for establishing collaboration in higher education, as well as cooperation at the level of academies of sciences.
