Jelena Guskova, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, will present the second, supplemented edition of her book “The Foreign Policy of Russia in the Balkans 1985-1995” today in Banja Luka.
The book is published in collaboration between the Center for Socio-Political Studies of Republika Srpska and the Institute of Historical Sciences at the University of East Sarajevo.
In addition to the author, the book will be discussed by Goran Latinović, a professor of history, and Željko Budimir, a professor of international relations, as announced.
