The Serbian member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, continues her working visit to Azerbaijan today.

Yesterday in Baku, Cvijanović met with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and briefed him on the current political issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting the detrimental effects of foreign interventionism and the necessity of dialogue among domestic representatives of all constituent peoples.

She spoke at the 11th Global Baku Forum on a panel titled “On War and Peace,” emphasizing the need to replace the instruments of realpolitik with negotiation processes and diplomatic means; otherwise, the world will sink into deeper divisions and uncertainties.

In addition to participating in the Forum, Cvijanović’s visit to Baku includes a series of bilateral meetings.

The Global Baku Forum, organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, continues until tomorrow with the main theme “How to Fix a Cracked World.”

This forum gathers global leaders, including current and former heads of state, government officials, experts from various fields, Nobel Prize laureates, as well as representatives of civil society and the private sector.
