The Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zeljka Cvijanovic, emphasized that the activities of the ambassador at the Permanent Mission to the UN, Zlatko Lagumdzija, are carried out without the consent of the Presidency and pointed out that there has been misuse for years when it comes to foreign policy actions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“This is not the first time that an ambassador undertakes self-initiated activities or that they are conducted with only one group in society. Generally speaking, certain issues can further distance us from one another,” said Cvijanovic regarding the information that the Bosniak part of the BiH mission to the UN is independently, without a decision from the BiH Presidency, working on a new resolution on Srebrenica.

Cvijanovic told “Vecernje Novosti” that there are already so many unresolved issues in BiH.

“I respect all victims, but we must escape from misuse. It has already become pointless to point out how many mistakes are made when it comes to the foreign policy of BiH. These are things that should follow the line set by the Constitution, however, we are witnesses that there has been misuse for years when it comes to foreign policy actions,” said Cvijanovic.

“Vecernje Novosti” has learned that the Bosniak part of the BiH mission to the UN is independently, without a decision from the BiH Presidency, working on a new resolution on Srebrenica that is supposed to be presented at the UN General Assembly session in April.
