President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, discussed this today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway in BiH, Olav Rainertsen.
Dodik expressed the full commitment of Republika Srpska’s institutions to internal dialogue, preservation of peace, and stability, with consistent respect for the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution of BiH.
He reiterated a clear stance that Republika Srpska rejects any actions by Christian Schmidt as the High Representative, as the UN Security Council has not confirmed him as stipulated by the Dayton Peace Agreement.
Speaking about attempts to seize property in Srpska, Dodik emphasized that this issue is resolved by the Dayton Peace Agreement and that the property belongs to the entities.
Dodik assessed that the previous cooperation between Republika Srpska and the Kingdom of Norway has been successful and highlighted expectations for further improvement in the future.
The interlocutors exchanged opinions on other current political and economic topics in Republika Srpska and BiH.
