The defense of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is expected to submit an appeal today to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which rejected the transfer of the case against Dodik and the acting director of the official gazette, Miloš Lukić, to Banja Luka.
The defense sought the transfer of the proceedings, among other reasons, “due to suspicion of the objectivity and impartiality of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
