“PIC” or any similar entity isn’t outlined in the Dayton Agreement, according to SNSD’s spokesperson, Radovan Kovačević. He mentioned that it’s a self-proclaimed informal group aiming to smear and discredit Republika Srpska.
Kovačević stressed that the PIC’s every statement reveals a strong bias against Republika Srpska. They accuse Republika Srpska of attacking and jeopardizing Bosnia and Herzegovina’s constitutional order, whereas, according to Kovačević, Republika Srpska is involved in a democratic, peaceful, and institutional struggle to preserve and protect the constitutional order in BiH. This constitutional order doesn’t involve any High Representative, neither genuine nor fake, as there’s no provision for such a position in the BiH Constitution. Additionally, Kovačević highlighted that there’s no mention of any PIC or similar entities in the BiH Constitution.

Regarding the PIC’s statement about Republika Srpska’s alleged misunderstanding of the inter-entity boundary, Kovačević emphasized that the Dayton Agreement clearly defines it as the boundary between entities.
Kovačević expressed concern that even political representatives from Republika Srpska, albeit non-parliamentary ones, partake in such negative rhetoric against Republika Srpska. He specifically highlighted his concern about the involvement of someone who presents themselves as the leader of a political party from Srpska, namely Jelena Trivić, in such statements that essentially tarnish the image of Republika Srpska.
