Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers, Zukan Helez, presents unverified intelligence information and therefore should be held accountable, stated the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Stasa Kosarac.

He emphasized that there are no military camps in Republika Srpska.

“But this isn’t the first time that Helez has presented such unverified intelligence information, both within and outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina. That’s why accountability is necessary. I have requested information from both security agencies and I will not give up on that. Such a narrative has been brought by the ambassadors of Great Britain and the United States in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The policy of Republika Srpska is peace and stability, the agreement of the three constituent peoples, and the implementation of the Dayton Agreement,” emphasized Kosarac.

He highlighted that he received information that they are preparing substantial information and that Helez’s statements are inaccurate.

“This is not the first time. The aim here is to adopt the narrative of a part of the international community, which is against Republika Srpska. Upon receiving official information, I have been informed by the Chair of the Council of Ministers, Borjana Kristo, that we will convene a meeting,” stated Kosarac at the press conference.
