Republika Srpska President Siniša Karan has stated that the Serb people chose the path of freedom, political self-determination and institutional organization in 1991.
Karan emphasized that the strong and decisive messages, along with the historic acts adopted by the National Assembly over the past decades, demonstrate a continued commitment to that path.
“It was an exceptional honor for me to attend today’s celebration marking 35 years of the existence and work of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, an institution that has been one of the foundations of Republika Srpska’s political and institutional life for three and a half decades,” Karan wrote on the social media platform X.
The 35th anniversary of the establishment of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska was officially commemorated today at a ceremony in Pale.
