The Teslić Tourist Organization, the Cultural Centre and the Municipality of Teslić have prepared a rich and diverse programme for this year’s traditional “Teslić Summer 2026” event.
Throughout July and August, the people of Teslić and the town’s many visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy top concerts, theatre performances, sports tournaments and gastro events.
The summer event season officially begins on July 10 at the shooting range of SK “Belgrand” with a concert by an EKV Tribute band as part of “Streljana Fest,” which this year will host some of the most important names on the regional music scene. In addition to them, the music programme will feature performances by the legendary rock band Partibrejkers (marking the major jubilee of 100 years of FK “Proleter”), the Mostar-based group Zoster, Dejan Cukić and the popular hip-hop group THCF.
In addition to modern music, visitors will also be able to enjoy evenings of traditional and ambient music with the ensembles “Prijatelji sa Vrbasa” and “Banjalučki vez,” as well as the special programme “Evening of Greek Music” performed by Dušan Sekulić and “Evening of Italian Culture.”
A children’s play, “Patrolne šape,” has been prepared for the youngest visitors, while theatre lovers will be able to enjoy the hit play “Kerovi,” featuring well-known actor Aleksandar Srećković Kubura.
Relief from the summer heat and great entertainment are guaranteed by events at the town beach such as the “Night of Rock/Ex-YU Music on the Usora” and the traditional gastro event “Fišijada.” The promotion of domestic products will be the focus of the exhibition “Fruits of the Village – Homemade Is Best,” while fans of active recreation will enjoy the 3×3 street basketball tournament and the “Liplje 2026” cycling event.
The end of August is traditionally reserved for one of the best-known business and tourism events in the area – the sheep-breeding fair “Ovnovijada,” which will be held on August 29 and 30 at Vučija Planina.
The organizers invite all residents of Teslić, as well as visitors from across the region and the diaspora, to attend these events and experience the great atmosphere of the summer months in Teslić.
