Petar Đokić, Minister of Energy and Mining of Republika Srpska, today attended a plenary session as part of his working visit to the Russian Federation and the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair in Yekaterinburg, where the prime ministers of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan addressed participants.
During the plenary session titled “Industry 360: Production Without Borders,” discussions focused on the digitalization of industry, the use of artificial intelligence in manufacturing, robotics and automation, the integration of production, logistics and sales into unified industrial ecosystems, reducing production costs through smart technologies, the development of global supply chains and industrial cooperation, as well as the latest technologies and trends in the energy sector.
Participants highlighted the importance of stronger and more stable market connectivity and closer economic ties as prerequisites for the implementation of major infrastructure and energy projects.
These meetings represent an important opportunity for direct dialogue and for continuing Republika Srpska’s active participation and stronger visibility on the global stage, positioning it as a relevant and reliable partner and promoting its development potential in the field of energy. Active engagement in dialogue with key stakeholders further contributes to strengthening cooperation and opening space for new investments and projects of strategic importance to Republika Srpska.
Đokić will continue his visit to the Russian Federation tomorrow, when he is scheduled to meet with Vyacheslav Yuryevich Yarin, Minister for International and Foreign Economic Relations of the Sverdlovsk Region.
