The leader of Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, Milorad Dodik, stated that the situation faced by Serb returnees in the village of Trubar, where migrants reportedly broke into several houses, reflects the inability of Federation authorities to ensure stability.
He said he regretted the incident and emphasized that it highlights weaknesses in the security system within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“This shows that the Federation authorities and their police are not able to provide stability to people living there,” Dodik said.
He also added that migrants should not feel “comfortable” in such circumstances and stressed the need for stronger security measures to protect local residents.
