Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán quickly responded after SNSD leader Milorad Dodik wished him success in the upcoming elections.
“Thank you, my friend. I truly appreciate your support,” Orbán wrote on his X account.
Earlier, Dodik had expressed his support for Orbán.
“To my dear friend Viktor Orbán, I wish much luck and success in the elections,” Dodik stated, adding that he believes the Hungarian people will recognize policies that safeguard sovereignty, stability, and the country’s future.
“Republika Srpska stands with you,” Dodik said.
Parliamentary elections in Hungary are scheduled for tomorrow, with more than 8.1 million citizens eligible to vote.
Orbán, leader of the Fidesz party, who has been in office since 2010, is seeking a fifth term.
