The Wheelchair Basketball Association of Republika Srpska will organize the final tournament of the Republika Srpska Cup on Saturday, while the technical organizer is KKI Vrbas. All matches will be played at the Obilićevo Sports Hall.
The first match is scheduled for 12:00 p.m., when the defending champion KKI Vrbas will face KKK Bijeljina.
After that, the following games will be played:
- KKI Vrbas – KKI Kozara (1:30 p.m.)
- KKK Bijeljina – KKI Kozara (2:30 p.m.)
“This will be another spectacle, and we hope that visitors at Obilićevo Sports Hall will enjoy good matches. On our side, we have done everything to organize the 24th Republika Srpska Cup in a dignified manner. We have secured trophies, medals, and everything else necessary for this sporting event,” said Marinko Umičević.
The official opening ceremony is scheduled for 11:15 a.m., when the jerseys of three distinguished former members of KKI Vrbas—Goran Krsmanović, Danijel Petrušić and Elvir Modronja—will be raised in their honor.
Earlier, in the lobby of Obilićevo Sports Hall, a display board will be set up featuring the names of the most successful athletes in disability sports in Banja Luka from 2003 to 2023.
